Clestine I. Herbert is an international speaker who helps people stop copying everybody else and start leading from what they were built for. She is the creator of the Genius-Driven Leadership Framework and a certified Productivity and Personal Leadership coach.

She started as an engineer, where she learned that every part has a function. Then, on her birthday, she was laid off. It was the beginning of the work she was built for.
​
For more than 20 years she has coached and spoken to women, helping them find their genius and lead from it. She has also led under pressure: she took a quarter-million-dollar nonprofit from the edge of closing back to thriving, and she serves as a church elder and on the board of Feed Our Children.
​
She is a starter and a launcher. She gets people moving, equips them and sends them out. One client, stuck in her business for seven years, raised her income by 306% in nine months after changing one thing in her approach.
